The Association established the “ARES ESG Award” in 2023. By awarding the initiatives of J-REITs towards ESGs, we aim to widely disseminate these efforts both within and outside the industry, as well as to further evolve them.
On the special website, the award-winning initiatives are introduced, and you can also view scenes from the awards ceremony.

There are case studies on ESG information disclosure specifically for J-REITs. We have published a large number of cases of ESG disclosure by J-REITs, using charts and other materials, covering a wide range of asset types. We have also created an English version to promote understanding among overseas investors and others.

• ※Since version 3.0, these case studies have incorporated and further developed the essence of "ARES ESG Frameworks Handbook".

In addition to explaining important ESG frameworks for the real estate industry and J-REITs, this handbook also organizes and analyzes the items covered in multiple frameworks, and serves as a manual to help readers understand the priorities when disclosing ESG information.
