The Association for Real Estate Securitization (ARES) aims to protect investors and promote the sound development of the real estate securitization product market by ensuring the proper and smooth operation of the real estate securitization business and promoting the spread of real estate securitization, thereby contributing to the expansion of the real estate investment market.
