By promoting the sound development of Japan's real estate securitization market, the Association for Real Estate Securitization seeks to expand the range of investment opportunities available to institutional and individual investors. Moreover, ARES seeks to promote the realization of superior urban development projects and thus revitalize Japan's cities and regions and contribute to the growth of its economy.
