The Association's Mission and Purposes |

By promoting the sound development of the real estate securitization market, the Association for Real Estate Securitization seeks to expand the range of investment opportunities available to institutional and individual investors. Moreover, through the funds that they invest, it seeks to promote the realization of superior urban development projects and thus revitalize Japan's large cities and contribute to the growth of its economy.
